It is often most successful when there is a lower urgency in the hiring needs. Our team spends a portion of their time to conduct and execute a recruiting plan that will produce results, working on several projects simultaneously
Retained Search
Our Retained search is for the higher priority searches.In this relationship 1/3 of the fee is paid upfront,1/3 is paid once a qualified candidate is presented, and the remaining 1/3 is paid upon start date,with flexibility to adjust if necessary.
